History: Jake Johnson was a professor of physics at Patriot City University. He was in a dead-end job and feeling fed up with life so he decided to start a new career as an inventor. One day when he was tinkering around with power converters and an oscilloscope he made a catastrophic error. By mistake he touched a live power cable, he felt the electricity coursing through his body as cells were killed by the extreme heat and within moments Jakes heart stopped beating. But what Professor Jake Johnson hadn't realised was that at the moment he was electrocuted, a nearby power station had been hit by Energy X, spreading the mysterious energy all through the power grid. In the same incident that created the almighty Tombstone, a new hero was born. Blackout!
